Embosser Types
Embossing seals are used to make a permanent opaque impression on documents by the licensed engineer or individuals working under their direct supervision when applicable. Our embossing seals have a fixed orientation with the default from the bottom of the page. The orientation can be adjusted to emboss from on of the four sides if specified.
Engineer seals are available in 4 styles allowing different means of applying the seal and the distance from the edge of the document. Impression sizes are dictated by state boards and range in size from 1 5/8″ to 2″ and several sizes between.
The pocket seal is the most common. Impression distance from the edge is to the beginning of the impression is 3/4″.
Desk models are fixtures used to set on a horizontal surface, inserting the document and pressing the handle for the embossed impression. Impression distance from the edge is to the beginning of the impression is 3/4″.
Similar to the desk seal the long reach applies the embossed image the same way. Long reach seals allow further distance from the edge of the page.
Impression distance from the edge is to the center of the impression is 2 3/4″.
Extra Long Reach, another desk type seal. Guides are available to set the distance from the edge of the page. Impression distance from the edge is to the center of the impression is 4 1/2″.
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your engineer seal with respect to its durability and seal size and design as required by the individual state boards.
